Please read these Terms of Service carefully before creating an account or playing on DemonicMU. By registering or connecting to the server you accept every term listed below.

DemonicMU is a free, non-official private game server provided for entertainment purposes only. Creating an account, downloading the client or connecting to the server confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Server Rules.
02 Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
- Keep your username, password and e-mail private. Our staff will never ask for your password.
- Account sharing, trading and selling is done at your own risk and is not protected by support.
- You must provide a valid e-mail address for account recovery and security notifications.
03 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in suspension or a permanent ban without refund:
- Using bots, macros, hacks, third-party tools or any client modification.
- Exploiting bugs, dupes or unintended game mechanics instead of reporting them.
- Harassment, hate speech, scamming or impersonating staff members.
- Real-money trading of in-game items, currency or accounts outside official channels.
04 Donations & Virtual Goods
Donations help cover hosting and development costs and may grant optional in-game benefits. All virtual goods are non-tangible and, except where required by law, non-refundable. Charge-backs will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
05 Service Availability
The server is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, data persistence or continued operation. Wipes, rollbacks, maintenance or permanent shutdown may occur at any time without prior notice or compensation.
06 Enforcement
Our team reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms, to modify them at any time, and to take action on any account at its sole discretion. Continued play after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
